It depends on the design and material. We usually don’t custom make silver jewellery, as it’s not economical. We spend a lot of time designing and making an original piece, which becomes the master pattern. It is then sent to the local casting company to get a mould made, and cast them in the desired metal. When the castings come back, we clean up, solder multiple pieces together, give a final polish or satin finish and they become final product. In this way, we can offer detailed jewellery at an affordable price. If the silver cat necklace was a one off piece, it would have been over $1,500.
If the design you are after is in line with our design theme and aesthetic, We can make it and include it in our collection. You won’t be charged for the designing time, and the piece will be priced as our regular stock. In fact, some of the pieces are made by customer’s requests (e.g. lily earrings, leaf ring, forget me not sapphire ring, squirrel necklace, big forget me not necklace, etc).
If you are after a piece that is slightly modified from our existing design, we can most likely make it happen.
