Christmas cut-off dates
The last day for dispatching orders this year is 24th December. Please allow 1-2 extra days as there can be delays in delivery.
Most necklaces and earrings are ready to ship and can be shipped within 2 business days.
Most rings are made to order, with a production time of 2 to 4 weeks for gold or silver pieces (excluding gemstone pieces), and 4 to 6 weeks for gemstone pieces. Please refer to the lead time in the descriptions of each item.

Cut-off dates are targets only. Sending before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas. These dates are correct as of 1 October 2024, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.
Orders still can be placed after the cut-off date, and will be processed when we reopen on 6th January, 2025.
